苹果蛋糕

爱宅厨房的苹果蛋糕
 
看回这个去年的杰作(不好意思。吹捧了~呵呵),
小爱非常得意--〉沾沾自喜(可以在这里形容的最贴切不过)。
原因是我喜欢那时“无理头”的装饰。哈哈!!
朋友,眼睛雪亮的你,不难发现。。。好像变了奇异果蛋糕。
抱歉~家里的苹果缺货,全都投资在蛋糕了也~
 
食谱(英语版):
80g sugar (originally 100g) 
2 egg whole egg 
100g low protein flour -(sieved)
30g raisins
80g corn oil
120g apple -(peeled)
a pinch of salt 
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder -(sieved)
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 
Method: 1. Mix well all the ingredient as state below in a bowl 
(baking powder + baking soda + cinnamon powder + flour + salt). 
2. In another bowl, mix the egg with corn oil and sugar. After that, add in the apple. 
3. Mix step 1 with step 2.
4. Preheat oven with 190'c. 
5. Pour the batter to 7 inch cake tin. (grease the cake tin and place baking paper on top)
6. Bake for 35-40 min, 170'c. 
7. When done, take the cake and rest a while, is the time you d-i-y on its top.
8. Ready to serve.

今天小爱几乎忙了一整天,看看时间是时候预备一粒蛋糕来“贺贺”要去异乡的朋友~不好意思。。因为家里的苹果唯能供给蛋糕做材料,小爱就用了低糖密枣和kiwi做点缀,也洒些糖粉+老妈子送的即食燕麦零食。
